We are humbled that our products have found a new home. We want you to love and cherish your decor for years to come. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us at hello@twentyeight12.com and we will find a solution.

If an item is damaged upon receipt, we will accept the return. A Return Authorization (RA) # must be requested from TwentyEight12 in order to process the return. A return address label will be provided once an RA # is issued. The RA # is only valid for 3 business days from purchase. We will not accept after that given time frame.

Due to the nature of personalized embroidery being a custom item, all sales are FINAL and we cannot accept the return.
